I grew up in a small town about this size in Connecticut.  In my early twenties, I spent many years living in Philadelphia and loved nothing more than being able to walk everywhere!  Another favorite thing about the city was the small neighborhood feel, a community within a community in each place I lived.

When we were house hunting back in 2003, one of the very things that drew me to Souderton was that it offered many of the same things I loved about the city, but with that small town feel I grew up with.  Three kids later and walking everywhere is still one of my/our favorite things!

This site is intended to be a blog or journal of life in this community, sharing some of the reasons we found this to be such a great place to live and work.   The work of revitalizing the Main Street business district is coming along slowly, but surely. Yet it’s not hard to see that the vitality of this community extends far beyond Main Street.
